Founded in 2000. Snap Tech has been helping individuals to become productive contributors to the enterprise they work for, and to the society they are part of. 

As a training company, we train inquisitive, ambitious individuals in agile, project and change management so that they can expand their boundaries and thrive in the society and the organizations that they live in.

As a consulting company, we share and transfer our project and change management experience and knowledge with leaders, so that they can identify better ways of working that will help them protect and grow their organizations in a rapidly changing world.

Guy Eastoe

Guy Eastoe is an internationally recognized industry thought leader who specializes in portfolio, programme, project, value, agile ways of working, change and benefits management. Co-founding member of Snap Tech and the current Managing Director, he is considered to be one of the country’s leading PPM, Risk, Change and Benefits Realisation Consultant/Trainers. He has been consulting and training in this space for over 35 years, providing consulting services internationally in a wide variety of sectors.

Charmaine Ross

Charmaine has over 30 years experience in project, programme, change, quality, specification, data and systems management; and is experienced in setting up PMOs and developing methodologies. She is a dedicated and enthusiastic international trainer and consultant to both the public and private sectors; and as a certified Caliper accredited practitioner, brings soft skill to every training session. Charmaine trains and consults globally across Australia, Asia and Africa. She is one of only a handful of Scrum trainers, and as a Scrum Certified Trainer (SCT™) she has been approved by ScrumStudy to deliver the following Scrum curriculums: Scrum Developer Cert. (SDC™), Scrum Master Cert. (SMC™), Scrum Product Owner Cert. (SPOC™), Scrum Agile Master Cert. (SAMC™) and Expert Scrum Master Cert. (ESMC™). She is also internationally certified by the APM Group to train Facilitation, PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile™ and AgilePM®.

Nick Thomas

Nick is a senior trusted advisor, who builds long term collaborations allowing for a deeper mutual understanding of the needs of the organisation leading to effective change implementation. As a trained Business Coach, Nick has assisted individuals within organisations to fulfil their full potential. In recent years Nick has used his knowledge and wide range of skills to develop tailored methodologies and systems for a wide range of clients from County Councils, Financial Institutions, Telecoms Companies, the Transport Industry and NHS Trusts to name but a few. Nick uses his unique mixture of insight and delivery to ensure that each organization is able to meet its future potential. He has the business acumen to identify client’s real business needs and then is able to give them the knowledge and implementation skills to go ahead and make a difference in their everyday working environment. Nick is a PPM Specialist – Certified in PRINCE2®,; MSP; MoR, Change, AgilePM and MoP.

Derek Jooste

Derek has 32 years’ experience as a Change Agent and Strategic Human Capital Consultant. He has worked as an artist, musician, lighthouse keeper, was the MD of MAST, a listed Training and Consulting. He has run capital Projects in commercial, construction, and mining environments and worked with large corporations across Africa; founder of leadership and anti-racist programme, (RALI); and is a motivational and keynote speaker. His early education in art and music together with the experience of tough, life and business challenges has provided him with the experience to provide a very different and counter intuitive solution to change management, employee engagement, culture enhancement and team cohesion. He has developed unique methods to unlock individual and team potential. based on willing cooperation as opposed to command and control. He was the Change Lead consultant for FirstRand’s, “Cultural Revolution” and Brand South Africa’s “Alive with Possibility”. Derek has worked with Prof Andy Andrews, Prof John Carlisle, Prof John Kotter, Dan Pink and Humphrey Walters. He is currently working with ScawMetals, Servest, LYT Architecture, Old Mutual, Profica and Famous Brands. Past companies he has worked with include Woolworths, Anglo American, D.R.A., First Rand, T.N.S., Unilever, Foskor, Trudon, M.T.N., Harmony Gold, Bombela, Aveng, Johnson & Johnson, RMB, LYT, Nedbank, ESKOM, City of Joburg. His areas of expertise include – Management Consulting; Organisational Development; Leadership Development; Individual & Team Development; Workshop Facilitation and Coaching.
