The Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) certification addresses the needs of those working in a project-focused environment who want to be Agile. AGILE Project Management is an iterative approach to planning and guiding project and development increments.

An Agile project is completed in small sections known as timeboxes.

It applies an incremental and an Iterative development cycle.

Timeboxes are always on time, and quality is integrated into the development cycle.

Reviews and retrospectives allow for frequent assessments of what has been done and involve critique by the project team.

Lessons are learnt from team critiques and promote continuous Improvement.

The event is delivered by an experienced and accredited trainer who will facilitate interactive group work and encourage the learning experience through the use of multiple training mediums, group work and exercises. FOUNDATION The Foundation qualification is aiming to measure whether the candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Agile Project Management guidance to be able to recognise and distinguish between the key elements of the approach. The Foundation qualification is also a pre-requisite for the Practitioner qualification. Exam Format (Closed Book) Multiple choice 50 questions per paper 25 out of 50 marks required to pass 40 minutes duration PRACTITIONER The Practitioner qualification tests whether the candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Agile Project Management guidance to apply and tailor it to a given scenario. The certification shows that the candidate can demonstrate the competence to begin working as an Agile Project Manager. Exam Format Objective testing 4 questions per paper, 20 marks available per question 80 marks in total, 40 marks (50%) required to pass 150 minutes duration Open book (restricted to the manual only) examination The AgilePM Certification is an Internationally Recognized Qualification.
